Service Description
This treatment is focused on relaxation and alleviating any pain and tension within the body during this important time in a mothers life. Antenatal massage supports the mother to feel calm, safe and relaxed whilst her body is going through many changes. Other benefits: - Stimulate mothers circulation to support her body & baby's healthy development - Improve slow bowl movement - Reduce blood pressure - Alleviate muscular pain - Reduce swelling in hands and feet (oedema) - Encourages deep relaxation and a peaceful sleep ***Please Note: I am on the 1st floor up 2 small flights of stairs. Accommodations could be made for the ground floor room if requested in advance***
