Reiki helps to balance your energy system, it can relieve stress, anxiety, depression, physical aches and pains, ease mental, emotional and spiritual blockages, promotes wellbeing, deep relaxation and healing on all levels.
Specific crystals for each of the chakras will be placed on the various areas of the body during the treatment, this can help to enhance the benefits of reiki healing.
