Utilising a multidisciplinary approach and treating each person individually by listening to how your body, muscles and nervous system respond to touch and pressure, I adjust accordingly.

I’ve found that it’s imperative to also work with the nervous system as it’s “running the show” and this will produce better and longer lasting results.
